What is Digital Clickstore?
Digital Clickstore is a one-stop digital marketplace where you can easily buy digital products, such as Entertainment, Gaming, Health and Lifestyle, Telco Prepaid Load, Satellite DTH and Utilities – all available 24/7.
What types of products can I buy?
- Entertainment vouchers (e.g. Cignal Play, Pilipinas Live, Spotify, Vivamax)
- Gaming pins (e.g., Arena Breakout, Garena, Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends, Razer Gold, etc.)
- Health and Lifestyle (e.g., M Well Health Pass)
- Telco Prepaid load (e.g., Smart, TNT)
- Satellite DTH (e.g., GSAT, Satlite)
- Utilities (e.g., Meralco)
How do I buy a product?
- Go to the Shop tab and select the product you want to purchase.
- Choose your preferred denomination or value.
- Add to cart, select the quantity you want, and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your contact details, choose your payment method, and confirm your purchase.
- You'll receive your PIN or load instantly once your payment is successful.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment options including GCash, Maya, QR PH, debit and credit cards.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
There's no minimum purchase required. You can buy any available denomination, subject to stock and payment limits.
Can I buy multiple items in one transaction?
Yes. You can add multiple products to your cart and pay for them all at once during checkout.
How long does it take to receive my PIN or load?
Most digital products are delivered instantly. However, please allow up to 5 minutes for system processing or network delays.
Where can I find my purchased code or PIN?
For Telco Prepaid Load, the load will be automatically topped up to your account based on the mobile number you provided. For Cignal Play, SatLite, Pilipinas Live, and Meralco, the load will be automatically credited to your account based on the account number provided. For other digital products, you'll receive the PINs via the email and mobile number you entered.
I didn't receive my PIN. What should I do?
- Refresh your email inbox after a few minutes.
- Check your email's spam or junk folder.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team to assist you with your order.
The PIN I received isn't working. What should I do?
Double-check that you entered the PIN correctly and are redeeming it on the correct platform. If it still doesn't work, contact our support team for verification.
What if my transaction failed but my payment was deducted?
Please send your payment confirmation or reference number to our support team. We'll verify and refund or reprocess your order.
I entered the wrong mobile or account number. Can you resend or correct it?
Unfortunately, once a product has been delivered to an incorrect number or account, it cannot be reversed. Please double-check your details before confirming payment.
